“GrowRev builds recurring-character Storyworld Campaigns for high-ticket coaches and consultants. These campaigns may include narrative strategy, character development, storyworld documentation, short-form creative assets, captions, CTAs, organic publishing sequences, paid audience-sequencing maps, and related campaign materials as stated in the applicable agreement.”

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in the applicable written agreement or proposal. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement.

Scheduled calls are offered subject to availability and fit. GrowRev may reschedule or decline a call. Booked slots that are not confirmed may be released. By providing contact details, you agree that GrowRev may contact you about your inquiry using the channels you provided.

Fees, payment schedule, and any deposit requirements are stated in the applicable agreement. Unless the agreement states otherwise, fees for production work already performed are non-refundable, because campaign builds are custom and produced to the client’s specifications. Late payment may pause work and extend delivery timelines.

“GrowRev will deliver the contracted Storyworld Campaign within 30 calendar days after the client has completed kickoff and supplied the required materials, approvals, access, and decisions. If GrowRev fails to meet the deadline for reasons within GrowRev’s control, GrowRev will continue working at no additional service fee until the contracted deliverables are complete. Client delays extend the delivery timeline by the length of the delay.”

GrowRev does not guarantee revenue, leads, booked calls, sales, audience growth, advertising performance, or return on ad spend. Results depend on the client’s offer, audience, distribution, sales process, media budget, and execution.

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights stated in the applicable agreement to the delivered campaign assets, characters, storyworld documentation, and source materials created for the engagement. GrowRev retains ownership of its own methods, internal templates, tooling, processes, and pre-existing materials. Website content, branding, and the GrowRev name remain the property of GrowRev.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowRev is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. GrowRev’s total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
